The first step is a complimentary 30-minute conversation. This is an opportunity to share what you have in mind, ask questions and decide whether Clarity Content Studio is the right fit for you.
If your project would benefit from more detailed discussion, you may also book a 90-minute discovery session. This session gives you space to explore your story, goals, timeframe and support needs in greater depth. The discovery session fee is $395 AUD and may be credited towards the Concierge Memoir Package if you decide to proceed.

How quickly will I hear back?
Cecilia responds to enquiries within one business day. Enquiries received outside business hours will be answered on the next business day.
Do you work with clients outside Canberra?
Yes. Clarity Content Studio works with clients across Australia and internationally. Fees are in AUD, and time-zone differences affect scheduling.
Memoir coaching, manuscript assessment and editing can be provided remotely by video call, email and shared documents. In-person group workshops may be available across Australia, depending on the group’s location and requirements.
What should I include in my enquiry?
You don’t need a fully developed plan. If you can, include:
- the service you’re interested in
- the stage of your project, such as an idea, notes, partial draft or completed manuscript
- the support you’re looking for
- any timing considerations or deadlines
- any questions you’d like to discuss

If you’d like to explore your project in more detail, you can also book a 90-minute discovery session. A focused session to explore your memoir’s structure, manuscript stage, goals and next steps. Priced at $395 AUD, the fee will be credited towards your project if you decide to proceed.
Do you offer group memoir workshops?
Yes. Workshop topics include memoir structure, writing voice, memory and personal experience, creating scenes, handling sensitive material, and building writing confidence and momentum.

Do I need a complete manuscript before contacting you?
No. Support is available at every stage, from gathering memories and developing an idea to writing early chapters or revising a complete manuscript.
