Start with a free introductory session

The free 30-minute introductory session is an initial conversation, not a detailed project-planning session. It gives you a chance to ask questions, outline your ideas and decide whether Clarity Content Studio may be the right fit. Together, you’ll discuss:
- your memoir idea and intended audience
- the stage your project has reached
- your goals and preferred timeline
- the support that would be most useful
- a suitable next step
After the conversation, you can decide whether to book a discovery session, explore the Concierge Memoir Package or consider another form of support. There’s no obligation to proceed.
Choose your next step
The introductory session helps identify a suitable direction. It does not include a detailed review of your manuscript or a full project plan. If you’d like more in-depth guidance before deciding on ongoing support, you can book a paid discovery session.
90-minute discovery session ($395 AUD)
This focused session explores your memoir’s structure, manuscript stage and goals in greater depth. It may include a review of selected project materials and concludes with practical recommendations for moving forward.
The discovery session is a standalone service. Booking it does not commit you to further work. If you decide to continue afterwards, Cecilia can use what you’ve discussed to recommend an approach and prepare a written proposal for ongoing coaching or editorial support.

Concierge Memoir Package
If you’re seeking dedicated guidance throughout your story’s development, the Concierge Memoir Package may be a suitable option. If you’d like to proceed, the next step is to discuss your project and confirm its scope, deliverables, timeline and fees in writing.
Review a written proposal before ongoing work begins
If you’re considering ongoing coaching or editorial support, Cecilia will prepare a written proposal after learning enough about your project to recommend a suitable approach. This may follow your introductory session or, when more detailed assessment is needed, a discovery session.
The proposal will set out:
- the agreed scope of work and deliverables
- the project timeline and review points
- the fees and payment arrangements
- what will be needed from you at each stage
You can review the proposal before deciding whether to proceed. Ongoing work begins once you agree on the scope, fees, and arrangements. We confirm final editing and manuscript fees only after we’ve properly scoped your project, so you know what is included before you commit.
Develop your memoir
Once ongoing work is agreed, Clarity Content Studio will create a practical plan based on your project and the support set out in the proposal.
Depending on your needs, the work may include:
- shaping your story’s structure and direction
- identifying themes, gaps and material to develop
- coaching and writing guidance
- editorial feedback on agreed sections or drafts
- a schedule for drafting, review and revision
The process is collaborative and considered. You remain the author of your story, while Clarity provides the structure, editorial perspective and encouragement agreed for your project.
Review and refine
You’ll receive clear, practical feedback at each agreed stage. Together, we’ll identify what is working, where the story could be strengthened and what to focus on next.
Drafts and revisions are managed through clear communication, agreed review points and realistic next steps. The aim is not simply to correct the writing; we will help your memoir become more coherent, engaging and true to your voice.
Receive your agreed final deliverables
When the work described in your proposal is complete, you’ll receive the final files and any supporting notes or recommendations included in that agreement.
A final check-in will help you understand your options and next steps. Depending on your goals and the agreed work, you might revise the manuscript further, share it with family, prepare it for submission, or explore publication. Publication preparation or further revisions are included only if they are part of the agreed scope.
